	READ THESE BEFORE YOU SIGN UP OR YOU RISK NOT BEING PAID. SENDING TRAFFIC THROUGH YOUR AFFILIATE LINK SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. By signing up for the WPReviewEngine affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions. Our program exists exclusively for affiliates who intend to attempt to refer at least two sales to us at the time of sign up. To refer sales, you must CREATE some sort of media online that directs users to our website. If you want to refer sales in any other manner (like e-mailing your friends about our product, etc.), check with us first. Re-publishing content on our website is not allowed. Publishing a page on your site that exists exclusively to direct the visitor to the page on our site without adding any value (re-publishing our content, re-wording our content, re-posting our screenshots, etc.) is not allowed. We want to avoid people creating pages that add no value to the user, but rank for the term WPReviewEngine, so that when someone has already decided to buy our product and then searches for it on Google, they find your site, click on it, realize there's no real review, content, or anything worth looking at, and then click your affiliate link to get to the official WPReviewEngine site. You didn't refer the sale in this case - you just happened to have the visitor pass through on the way to get to us anyway. We won't pay for activities like this. You may not spam people via e-mail, you may not spam forums, etc. You may not promote our product in any way that would reflect negatively on us. You may not promote our product on Internet forums you do not own and operate without prior approval from us, except as permitted by the following paragraph. Keep in mind we almost always give approval for what you want to do - so just ask us. You may not build pages with the goal of ranking in Google for the name of our products. We would be receiving this traffic anyway. We don't allow this because with your site, we'd be giving away 40% of the sale price to you for nothing, and the user has to click through an extra page. One thing you can do on forums without asking us for prior approval is advertising us in your forum signature. You may not compete with our own advertising efforts. We will terminate your account if you compete with us, so don't do it. This means don't promote us via PPC on Google and don't post or buy ads on blogs/sites we buy ads on, among other things. No cookie stuffing - don't put a 1x1 iframe on your site or anything similar. We won't pay for any sales you generated during the period cookie stuffing has occurred - even sales that may have been referred by you legitimately. We have no way to differentiate the two. We don't mind if you review WPReviewEngine on your blog and then buy an ad to your review the same place we buy ads - but don't buy an ad and then directly link it to our homepage. You may not promote us on a coupon code site that exists exclusively to distribute our coupons. You may not promote us on any sort of coupon code distribution site. You may not distribute our coupon codes on any site where you are promoting WPReviewEngine. We use coupon codes for tracking purposes. You may not share WPReviewEngine coupon codes anywhere on a website promoting WPReviewEngine. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective 24 hours from the date they are posted. If you do not agree with the changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to stop promoting WPReviewEngine. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account for any reason or no reason at all, without prior notice. This program exists exclusively to promote our business, so if for any reason we feel you are not a good match for our program, we will terminate your account. Also, you may not buy our product through your own under your own affiliate link. We reserve the right to not pay commissions for any sales for any reason. We're reasonable about this, because we know if we didn't pay our legitimate affiliates they would stop promoting us - In general, we won't pay for sales if we have reason to believe you did not directly refer to us, the sale is not a legitimate referrals (for example but not limited to referring yourself, family members, making a sale with a single unique visit sent through your URL, etc.). We will not pay commissions for sales we believe have been generated through black hat techniques. Before promoting us on Squidoo/HubPages you must get prior approval from us.
